Is anyone else having problems connecting with the radio on this App? It starts out buffering then stops.

what a disappointment, wanted to listen to my team and couldn't!!! They need to learn to test phones b4 releasing them.

It does it for me with the m800 sometimes too. It's not just a problem with the HD. I'll try to listen and then it says channel closed. WTF?!?!?

I was listening to the monday night game between redskins and eagles and found that if you go to settings and display put the backlight to never dim and this will keep the radio working. The only bad side is it will probably kill your battery faster. Please let me know what you think.

I tried doing the never Dim option today. Still doesn't work. The same thing happens where it starts buffering and then stops.

I listened all day yesterday and it worked great. Havnt used it much but saw this post last week and figured id give it a try. M800.

I live in Chicago, and I called Sprint yesterday and complained that the radio would start, then stop. Customer Service told me that there was an outage somewhere that caused this problem and that it should be back up in a couple of hours. She then reset the towers for my phone. I tried later, still had same problems. Same happened the week before. She said that there's not much they can do since it's Third Party. I told them that this application is terrible. She said they've been getting a lot of calls on this subject. The problem is device independent as I have the M800. Does the NFL know that they're advertising a piece of crap? This must be fixed.

Sprint can't fix the app, you need to contact support for the team responsible for the nfl app ... handson.com, fill out the form and post your problem. I did this on week 2 of the season and by week 4, flawless...minus calls and text causing problems where you need to re-start the app to get the audio again...
