I scrolled through a few pages to see if this was mentioned but didnt see anything. Well I just got this phone and I had the original instinct so this was a no brainer. But when I plug the phone into the computer the drivers will not install. Theres always an error message and I can't even find the software on Samsungs website. Any help would be awesome thank you.

The drivers are in the phone, should automatically install when you hook up via usb.

Windows 7, 64 bit has problems recognizing the phone.  What os are you running?

Something to try:
turn your computer off, and plug into another usb port, and start your computer

I have this issue with one of my computers running XP.....havnt been able to figure it out, have tried the above mentioned, have tried just about everything i can think of and it just wont connect. I actually did find the drivers for it somewhere on the WEB but it still didnt solve my problem.  I will post said drivers when i get home and see if they help you but liek i said it didnt work on mine.  It works on every other computer i have tried though so its just something specific about that computer, i reinstalled XP on it yesterday for other reasons so I will let you know if that corrected my problem but i have finish downloading the KaGillion updates from the past 6 yrs first and get some Antivirus on it before i do anything.

ok so I grabbed my g/f phone and plugged hers in and I had zero issues with it. But when I plug mine in it disconnects my wireless adapter for my network, it gives me errors with my external harddrive as well. I think I just have a defective phone to be honest. so gay!
