Did anyone do the music store upgrade. I did and realized that the options menu lost the 3D sound options that were there before. My advice is not to do the upgrade.

Well, if the 3D option was making a mess of the phone, I'm glad they took it off. I'm sure they had a good reason for getting rid of it so soon.

To be honest though, it was not causing me any problems and it sounded great! Now it's kind of hollow and thin sounding.

Anyone else get this? I am wondering if anyone else has any feedback on the volume through the music app...

I have not noticed it in music, but I can hear a bit in videos if I turn the volume all the way down.

FYI: performimg a full reset brought the 3D options back to the music player.

Has anybody else had problems with the music store? Every time I try to go to the store or do a web sync there's a "No Network Coverage" message.

Well, i hadnt even tried to go to the store until i saw your post.  As soon as i logged into it i had to upgrade, then i used the store to download a few songs just as a trial and it worked fine until it locked up during one of the downloads. I restarted my phone as it was completely locked up and now i get the same message you are gettting.   bummer.

Ok well, i went through and deleted the songs i had downloaded and now it will open again, not sure if it was just a bug or if one of the songs i downloaded caused it. They were just some of the free ones they offer as it was just a test.  Redownloaded a few of them and it is still opening so i dunno what the issue was.

Took me a while, but I finally filled up my 16gb card with just over 2100+ songs.  It's a music player limitation alright, it can't read songs over 8mb consistantly....90% of my loaded music is under 6mb, so, hopefully this will help someone having this issue. I just used a converter to reduce the larger file sizes ( dbpower amp )
I also got the same connection error trying to sync my puchased music, and this is with the upgrade, could be a bug.

Good news is Sprint is teaming up with RealNetworks

http://www.marketwatch.com/story/sprint-and-realnetworks-announce-agreement-to-streamline-digital-music-delivery-to-sprint-customers-2010-02-11?siteid=nbsh

and they'll be the one's in charge of our music soon.  Not sure if this means we'll be getting a new music player or not, but hopefully it does.  Our current music player is made by Groove Mobile who sold out to LiveWire, and that's when the limit problems started...I'm looking forward to a Real Player soon.

I've had mine for more than a week but still can't access the Music Store or do a web sync to re-download my 300+ songs. Whenever trying either the error message is "No network coverage available, go to My music and play songs already downloaded". Anybody else having this prolem, support is saying it's device specific?

Is there any music on it already? I  had this problem and had to delete the few songs i had put on there.  I think i had a bad file or something as i quit getting the error message as soon as i deleted the music i had on it. I have since put about 500 songs back on it with no problems whatsoever.

I used an upgrade for another line, tried everything one day then activated it on the original line the next day, deleted the songs bought because they wouldn't play anyway but haven't been able to web sync or even get to the store to buy new ones
