Impossible for free ringtones?

I've tried just about everything so far...
-Ventones gives me a text with no link and when going directly to the link I can only listen
-MobileReelz says Ringer Content Was Not Found
-Phonezoo doesn't work....
-Myxer doesn't work also....
-Rumkin also doesn't work....

Has anyone found a way of placing ringtones onto the phone? I would do it directly through the computer but it seems I would have no idea where to place them.
