It has said on other posts that people have talked to CS reps at sprint and been told Sep. 8th.

Well the HD is out for me with the Hero being released the pretty much the same time. I will consider going with the InstinctQ is if it available because it has Android and the real keyboard.

This makes absolutely no sense. When Sprint releases almost any phone (the Pre is a good example) it is first available in the store and then you can later buy it at Sprint.com. I think that we would be better to just go to the Sprint store on the 8th and see if they have it. This is getting crazy.
