I sent an email to
dan@sprint.com and actually received a reply and now someone is actually supposed to be calling me to talk about our concerns with the HD. If we all do this it couldnt hurt our chances on getting some updates.....Here is a copy of the email i sent to them regarding some of our complaints. A lot of which i just echoed from psycho.
Original email--- The lack of support for the Instinct HD is absurd. I have been with Sprint 7 yrs and it may be last do to the horrible support for the original iphone Killer and even worse support for the HD. Give us updates. Please
reply---Thank you for contacting
Dan@Sprint.com. I apologize for any frustration you may have experienced in your attempt to obtain assistance regarding you Samsung Instinct HD. I would like the opportunity to address your concerns, however your e-mail did not include a number where you can be reached. Please respond with your Sprint phone number and the best time to call. I can be reached on

My Next email--My concerns are as follows, this phone has been out less than a year and appears to be dead in the water....Weve received I think two updates, the second of which screwed up the first one and returned the battery issues that have been well documented and didn’t seem to do anything else other than fix a problem that I think 1% of the people had. The email program is outdated and hasn’t changed since the original Instinct. Opera Mobile which was a nice addition to the HD has had a new version out for 5 months now and for some reason the HD doesn’t get updated. Pandora was never released even though the original Instinct had it wand was an inferior phone in almost every way. Every time I look around at the BAW forum there are new updates for your other phones yet as Instinct HD users we were asked to post all issues that needed to be looked into which we ended up making 19 pages of them and NOT 1 of the issues has been handled other than like I said earlier the second update which messed up the first update that corrected the battery issue. The music player randomly reboots the phone if left in the backgroung, playing or not. The phone has a major lag when updating weather, news, etc. This is a major problem since it takes the phone literally over 2 minutes to reboot which is insane,I have a Windows 95 machine that boots up quicker. The phone has a much better processor than the original so why aren’t we using it?

? I am just getting started. The sad part is that after being a customer with you guys for about 7 or 8 yrs now I am still forced to sign contracts which is ridiculous, I remember when companies rewarded their customers for being loyal, well I can bet you havnt many people stuck around with Sprint as long as I have and I get treated the same as someone who has been with the company for 6 months. Frustrating to say the least.
