Current Samsung Instinct HD Software Versions

Just a good Idea passed along from member sgiltner2907 to make sure we're all up to date on our software versions, just in case an update is needed for your Instinct HD.
You can check your versions by going to Main/Settings/General/Phone Information.

My phone freezes when I go to do PRL Update...not good looks like trade in here i come...this is the first problem I have had with mine, I have been lucky one

My email is still stuck at 6.10.1.118.
Nav is 2.1.0.50 and Anthem Dash is at 2.0.3. I can't update any of them and I finally calles Sprint. They said they have no record of an problems with the Instinct HD . They did give my MSL so I could try a full reset which still did not allow me to update my apps. My weather is still not updating. Anyway, Sprint transferred me to Samsung and they said they have no known problems with the Instinct HD. Anyway, I went to the local Sprint store and they said they're going to order me a replacement(this will by my 4th Instict HD). I was kind of hoping that they would have sold through them all and would have had to give me a different phone. I kid, I kid. I still love it...just wish it would actually function. I still can't click on the weather widget on the Web menu and have it work.

No problem man, I appreciate the response. I hate that you updated the PRL though...I can't upgrade that either. Most of my issues have already been posted over there. I'm really bothered that none of the moderators have responded(just a simple acknowledgement would suffice) to any of the posts in weeks. Seems like they responded for about the first couple of weeks after the post began at BAW, but now it's like "abandon all hope ye who enter here." Sprint doesn't acknowledge that there are problems with this phone and neither does Samsung...I find it telling that it's no longer for sale at my local Best Buy at all and they are clearancing out all the Instinct HD accessories. That's alright though, I'm Sprint Premier, so I'll get something new in September and keep this one in the closet.
I really had high hopes for this one too. Oh well, maybe my replacement that I pick up tomorrow will be better.

Another PRL update I can't complete! Psycho, I'm glad you're keeping us updated, but i'm getting tired of running back to my Sprint store to tell them I can't complete these software updates.

i got that too, maybe just an updated guide or something as they moved some channels around.  ESPN Mobile TV is now free instead of Sprint TV extra which it should be as its by far the worse quality station i have come across.
