Can't delete pictures

Hello everyone, I received 2 sms that contained pictures. The pictures were saved in "My Pictures" folder. I deleted those 2 sms. When I tried to delete these pictures, my phone suddenly turned off and restarted all by itself. How can I delete them?

hook up to a computer and delete them off from your sd...it's in the D.C.I.M. folder
