open api permissions

Hey all. I'm starting to map out the open apis. First step was to determine how permissions work. ~~It looks like neither signing nor MIDlet-Permissions is required.~~ Links to a simple permissions inspecting midlet can be found at:

Edit: Updated version available. It can now trigger the security manager to prompt the user to grant or deny access.
