Landscape mode without update:

I posted this on the developer forum but thought i'd post it here too if anyone was interested:

i haven't tried this before, but i thought about it before, create an image of 432x240, then that Image.getGraphics(). take that graphics and write what you want to it. then take the display.graphics, drawRegion(the image,0,0,432,240,Sprite.TRANS_ROT90,0,0,0).

Like i said i haven't tested this before, but it should work, i may have some values backwords but you should be able to figure it out with a little testing.
