Hey there.  Newbie to both the phone and the site, so I apologize in advance if the question is redundant.  I performed a search, and didn't quite find the answer to my problem.

Upon accessing my photos/videos through the "Online Albums", when I attempt to view a video, I get the message "Video playback is unsupported in this browser.  To view videos, please access pictures.sprintpcs.com on your PC."

I've updated all the software, performed the speed/buffer hack (not that that has anything to do with this issue), and downloaded Opera and attempted to view from that browser, to no avail.  I've been able to view news videos and YouTube videos with no problem.

Am I missing something?

The instinct only supports MP4 and 3GP.  If the videos are in another format then you can't play them on your phone.  You can play them on your PC.
