I guess searching takes a bit of getting used to. You need to know what words to search for.
On the very bottom of the main page of here there's a link for "load and view videos". There's a wealth of information on there, so that'd be a good place to start.

When you transfer the video (must be .mp4) file to your phone you put it in the "Media" folder. Once you've transferred the file it will be under the FUN tab, then TV/Video, My Videos, Sideloaded.
You can create folders inside the "Media" folder to organize your videos as you wish. Hope this helps.
