trouble with web

i have the same problem i had my daughters instinct flashed to cricket everything was working internet worked for about 2 weeks now it says connection failed
i asked the cricket store to check if their server was down but the tech.told me that when you flash a phone every time it does that that you will have to reflash the phone
took it back to the flash co. and he checked it out everything looked good then tried to reflash and still no luck he thinks it might have picked up a virus
did you have any luck with yours
