Transfer video from phone to computer

I took an HD video on my Instinct HD and tried transferring it to my PC. The video when opened with quicktime is choppy. The video plays just fine on the phone. where is the choppiness coming from? How can I fix it?

I wouldn't recommend quicktime...
try: right-click on the video/open with/windows media player.
Now if it doesn't play, your missing the codec for mp4.
If that's the case go to freecodecs.com and download the k-lite codec pack, and all should be good.
Or google k-lite codec and you'll find it

Thank you! It worked.

For reference.... it's free-codecs.com and I needed the Mega pack version after reading through it all.
