Streaming help!

i'm pretty sure this question has been asked on here a lot, however I do not frequent the site much.  nonetheless i have a question in regards to audio & video streaming.  whenever i'm listening to the Sprint radio stations i have saved on my phone as well as watching clips on YouTube, i get very choppy audio & video signals.  is there a way to fix this in so that i can get faster streaming or could this be the result that i am inside an office building (note, my signal strength is pretty strong)...thanks for any input.
