Sprint Media Manager does not recognize memory card.

Ever since installing the update i have been getting an error message when using the Sprint Media Manager program. Upon plugging in the USB cord and opening the program the following pops up:

"A memory card does not appear to be present in the phone. Please disconnect the phone from the PC, insert a memory card, and then reconnect the phone to the PC."

I did before the update use to use the ##USB# code on the dialer to enable being plugged in to my but still able to make calls. It seems that functionality has been lost. Could that be part of my issue?

I have tried turning the phone on and off, and removing and reinserting the memory card. Neither of those attempts changed anything.

Sprint Media Manager is a junk program. You're better off not using it. I know it's not really an answer to your question but there are so many bugs with that software it's almost unusable.

while the phone is connected through the USB try pulling out your sd card and putting it back in this worked for me
