Sprint Connection Manager problem

hey all. I want to intsall the Sprint Connection Manager on my laptop to use the phone as a modem. I can't though! I installed the driver and Media Manager and they are fine but then I go to install the Connection Manager, I get this..

"Sprint Connection Manager not available.

We're sorry but your installation CD mistakenly indicated that Sprint Connection Manager software was available for your Samsung Instinct. We apololgize for this incorrect information."

then they try to sell me a PCMCIA/USB laptop internet card instead if I want to connect or tell me to use the browser on the phone!!!!

What kind of crud is this? I went to download it from sprint
http://www4.sprint.com/pcsbusiness/support/downloads/details.jsp
but the instinst is not listed there and it wont work anyway.

Did anyone get Connection Manager it to install? Having this on the go would be great!
