I constantly, constantly keep false activating buttons while I'm speaking, since my cheek is touching the touchscreen. Any idea how to stop this from happening?

Use the home button and load a different app, like Notes or something like that.

Thats the best way but also can use Headset , Bluetooth or Speaker phone as well.

You might try taking your face off the screen  Grin. Not to mention the fact that it smears your screen and heats up your face.

"Move your face away from the phone" and "load up another application" are both ways of saying, "no, actually, I do not know a fix for this and am now just wasting your time."
