Read all driver installing threads, Nothings working.....

Hey guys,

Just got my new instinct yesterday and im trying to install the drivers to transfer files to my phone. I downloaded the cd and restarted the computer. I try to open media manager and it says "connect to computer" on the phone, but the computer does not seem to read the phone through media manager. I have even tried the drivers through the sprint website and nothing.

I have heard that media manager is junk but im not even sure if my drivers are even installed. Is there any other way to transfer files without buying a external card reader?

Need some help quick as i would love to get this phone going. Other than that, This phone is amazing! Its really easy to learn and has awesome features!
