ALSO:
Having just pulled in my email to my phone.....I can't send or receive anymore email.

I get the error S7122
"Unable to connect to the Sprint Mobile Email service.  Please chech your data connection and try again (S7122)"

Could this be on Sprint's side?Huh?

UPDATE:
Changed the outgoing (the mail.icmail.net) server AUTH to ON.....

Now, it's working Cheesy Cheesy

Well it looks like the problems are going to start all over again... getting S7123 error on both my instincts...
Using Icmail for the outgoing and was working fine for months, but the last 3 days error error error!

Anyone else having the same problem?   Angry

Also get the S7118 error if I try to set back up an account if I delete it.  Angry

Update: Call tech and as I suspected, they are confusing thier head with thier azz... They had me do everything I did already, 20 mins of changing and resetting and TADA, yeah still dont work... said they will call me back in ten mins... tick tock tick tock been an hour now. I think it may be time for me to start looking into a different carrier and dump these 2 Instincts on some unsupecting fool.

2 Instincts for sale come and get'em... price: your soul to sprint and endless hours in Hell.

Update 2: All is working fine now after talking with retentions for an hour who talk with a higher up supervisor and Oh My God it's fixed Smiley

I have a different story
recived this phone when it first came out,had a few problems out of the box. the sprint store that i purchesed from worked there tails off to help me,customer service once a week ect...
then a little later found this sight and from there all has been a learning experence. did a few mods(cust ser gave me msl without any problems) and then from there all has been up hill!!
tv was glitchie till latest update, and last but not least this past weekend I finally got my email to work!! ya te final piece of the puzzle. nav has saved my a** many times,internet has been ok but works(&OM is great),email is a piece of cake now that its set up correctly.
All i can say is with time and patience this phone has gone past my expections and would'nt pause if a deal for another came up!! oh,ya by the way I'm on the simply everything plan 500
and got several discounts so my bill is about 50.00 a month. cant beat that if you ask me.
my wife doesent touch her computer anymore and wont stay off the damm phone!!
allways great info on this sight,keep up the good work...

yupp Im getting the S7123 on Gmail as well, just randomly stopped working.. how nice, way to go sprint!!  Ive wanted to break this phone in half numerous times.

OK havent been on in some time, is there a fix for road runner email or not? I am really ready to switch back to my Q just for this reason
