Picture Mail

Every time i try to send a picture through picture mail and press the compose button i get a message saying "there was an error trying to register your phone" and nothing happens... i called sprint once and they said they were having problems worldwide blah blah blah but this was a while back and its still not working... any ideas?

Also, call sprint tech services and make sure that the picture mail is active on your account. I had the same problem, because I switched from an old calling plan to the unlimited, their system kept kicking my picture mail out saying it not active.

The tech people may have to reset your phone by doing a dummy swap to a fake phone and then swaping your info back to  your phone. Also, if you had pic mail before you may lose your old account.

Once they do this and finally put in the code for the Pic mail to work, u'll be fine.

It took then bout 4 hours for them to fix that problem.
