picture mail

Some of my picture mail is supposed to have movement to it, however when I open it the picture is stationary. Did sprint forget to add this feature to the instinct? Even cheap phones have this feature. Or am I doing something wrong?

I have that same problem and in reading other posts on here, I learned that the Instinct just doesn't do it. I'm really starting to hate this phone Cry

. U can't do groups either so you don't have to add contacts individually. SUCKS!!
