Is there a volume limiter on Instinct?  Reason I ask is that I want more volume while listening to music through headphones.

Maybe I need to adjust the volume on the songs before I download them to the phone itself?  If so how?

A lot of people have issues with samsung about the volume on this phone.  I don't know if that is going to be added into the next update but just know you aren't alone.

try a program called MP3Gain on your music and raise the decibels, kinda inconvenient but it makes things alot louder without sacrificing quality
