How to watch widescreen movies on my Samsung instinct, need help!!

I recently downloaded some MP4 movies onto my micro SD card and tried to play them on the Samsung Instinct. Some movies work, some don't , when they don't work the following message appears " Sorry, this channel is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Video Error" and it gives me the option to choose OK to close. I took out my card and put it into a friend of mines instinct and it worked fine on his. He does have the older Instince and I have the newer one. Can the newer one not play movies across the entire width of the screen? Thansk, any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. Yes, there are differences with video playback between the S30 and the original. Do a search for S30 video and see what comes up.
