HOW TO GET YOUR CLOSEST SPRINT TOWER ADDRESSES

How do i make my instinct (PAM) fast as possible. im in the sacramento area... what dns and ip addresses can i tweak ON MY PHONE. to get the fastest and best reception. i've noticed other people that change their IP addresses on there phone to there closest near by tower, and say they've gotten faster speeds and higher reception. which i have done too but i think its either for the bay area or los angeles. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!!

U don't need that to get faster internet, i doubled my instinct s30 speed by going to the internal memory menus. witch will void your warrenty. also if u us the debug menu there are some options that will screw your phone over so be carefull. if u wish to get help from me on this, helpfull part pm, me and i will help.
