Well...I find the converter works alot faster...I regularily convert music vids...This method (I use slightly higher setting) is almost twice as fast as the program that came with the phone...And I have more freedom, can set it for low res, smaller space, and whatnot...Like Movies I set high, since I usually have them for a little bit of time, for watching, but music vids are set kinda mid setting, since they stay on my card...

Waiting for my 8gb to come in the mail...then I don't care about size...lol.

Another cool thing about this program (Any Video Converter) is you can download a video from Youtube (thats were I get my music vids), and convert it to go full screen on the Instinct, with minimal distortion.

I connect my phone to multiple computers, including work machines, so I don't have the software everywhere. One of my primary computers is a win2k pro machine, that the software won't work on.  Hell even one of the xp machines didn't like the software.  I just access it like a portable USB Drive, I even carry files the phone can't use to work on it.  Smiley  I got a bigger card just to transfer stuff that's not even phone related.
