How to add Google Apps to Samsung Instinct?

Hi there,
Our company just switched to enterprise edition of Google apps. So we are using GMAIL etc. for communication.

I do have standard gmail on my phone but how to access GMAIL from company. I would like to use the GMAIL icon to see the mail rather than using Web browser or Opera to do the same.
