getting to the internal memory

First, get your msl code.  Many topics on this.  Two ways, one is calling customer service and either asking for it or use some social networking to get it out of them.  The second way is to use CDMA workshop to find the msl code.  It's a 6 digit number.  I used CDMA Workshop, then I changed the code to my birthday so I'll remember it.

Then, you can use Bitpim or QPST to view the file system.   From there you can get files from the phone, or put files to it.  I prefer Bitpim.
