I just bought an instinct and i cannot connect to the web.
It is giving me the following error:  "You have exceeded your spending limit.  Please make a payment to restore service."  I have the 'simply everything' plan so I'm not sure why i'm getting this.  Anyone have any ideas?  I pay my bill and all...

It's odd because on my old phone (katana) the same screen would appear from time to time and i never even surfed the web with that phone.  I'm baffled...

thanks

Well being as you just got the phone, and you said you had this problem with your old phone, that would be the best thing to do.  Definitely sounds like a problem with your account.  You've never called about it before?

Try this. On your phone goto Main/settings/general/phone information.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and tell me what it says under user name.  Don't have to tell me your name, but it should say - "yourname01@sprintpcs.com ".

That's probably correct. Sorry man, give CS a call when you get a chance and don't let them go till you get it fixed.  It really sounds like a problem on their end.
