Is there anyway to back up all the saved sms texts on the phone and not start losing them when I get to the 190/50 limit of the inbox/outbox. Can I increase that limit? Save it to the sdcard perhaps, or even copy paste that to a computer?

Limit is 190 inbox, 10 draft, 50 sent.

You can not forward whole threads, transfer to SDcard, email, document etc, and you cannot start saving SMS to your sim card at this time

Okay folks, on this topic I had a question:

Why does my SMS message from time to time wipe itself entirely clean.  and I'm talking clean of all messages, even locked ones, from several friends.

SO annoying.

I understand the limit and do very well at keeping it down, but TWICE now my SMS messages have all been wiped out or deleted and I know for a fact that I didn't say "Delete All"......cuz I'd have had to say "YES" to the "are you sure you want to delete these messages, even the locked ones." and I definitely did not do that and would not have replied yes to that.

So frustrating, even when I've locked several messages.

Anyone have any idea as to what's going on.  I'm the only person using the phone and I live alone, so unless it's paranormal activity (LOL) it's really baffling.

PLease help if you can. Thanks, Cindy
