As of yesterday my internet is not working and is giving me a #67 error saying my username and password are incorrect. I went to the store today to exchange it thinking it was the phone but the new one is doing too. Is there anyone out there having the same problem or how to fix it. I called tech support and they started a trouble ticket and they said they would get back to me in 36 Business hours. Help I just want to check my email and weather!!

Thats not a big problem hears what you do

Press the home key and go to main.
   Press Settings
  Go to General
and then at the botton on the list it should be the third to last it will say Update Data Profile click on that and wait about 30 seconds and this should solve your problem

That worked for me the first time.  Later I started having problems with everything.  My Web browsing started working, but nothing else. (aside from the phone, which worked well).
Anyway, I called sprint line, and they had me go into data programming, and do a restore.  It's not a reset, it didn't mess up any of my stuff.  They have to give you a code to do the restore though.

Anyway, They also told me that they experienced a bug work around.  If some of your other data services aren't working, log onto the web, and load ANY page, then bounce out and try you AP.  Basically the web browser gets you connected to the network, and clears a path for the AP.

*shrug*
Anyway, just throughing in a few more tips, I've had a lot of problems with this phone.

Anyway. .Smiley

Activated my new Instinct yesterday. Calls and text messages work, but none of the data features - web, news, sports, navigation, etc.

When I click on one of them I get:
Preparing Data Services...
(Error) Profile Update could not be completed
Code 49657

On Phone with customer support for two hours in two days.
They suggested the same as Merdin above did.
I get the same error message as above.

Now I am on hold for Tech Support. Apparently Looong Wait!!!

I got those data services errors for a day or so, by the time I got a hold of tech support I learned they were down for maintenance at the time

After many calls and trying out many things this worked. The Tech removed the data services (plan) and put it back on. Now data services are working.

What I have learned is if it doesn't provision corectly the first time ( Bad signal, Server issues) it locks up. Then all the Update Data profile in the world will not hold for some reason. The do have to Reprovision and some CSs have a problem doing so for some reason.

Then you really need to give it some time to take. If you try to Update data profile or do anything Data it seems to go back to it's locked state.  I had this problem with my kids Rumor and it finally took just leaving the Phone sit over night ( I called it in 1am before I went to bed). It has not had a problem since as my other 4 Phones as I just left them for the 4hrs or so when we upgraded them.
