Yea it's a known issue.

If you have Theaters saved the Movie function works for them.  Saving Theaters and Show Near Me is what gives the Error.

someone posted they got it to work by getting Sprint to reauthorise their Phone but everyone else is a no

If you know your MSL# you can try to reset your phone manually.  Here is what you do:

1) from the dialer enter ##DATA#
2) select restore
3) enter in your MSL# and hit done

Your phone will reboot itself.  Once it's back up check your movie listings.  If this doesn't work you will need to call support and have them reset your data services.  I did this today and it fixed the problem.

LOL! I am getting the 7000 error again.  It worked after sprint reset my services this morning but now it's not working again.  Oh well,  I'll try mny own suggestion and see if a manual restore fixes the issue.  I think I left my MSL# on a piece of paper ant work though... drats!

I still get the error message after doinf this.  What exactly does a manual restore do? Does it change all the options i've set thus far back to factory standards? Does it wipe the contact list, and email accounts i've set up? Does it change the CDMA internet speed fix I did?

It doesn't change any of the setting that you have made nor does it mess with your contacts.  Every time I call into SPrint to have my data services reset this is one of the things they have me do.  I have run this several times and have not seen any changes to my settings or contacts and my internet speed "hack" is still in place as well.

I just got the latest update and now my movies stuff is working.  I think the updates only updated the email stuff and Sprint TV stuff, so I'm not sure why this affected the movies stuff, but it is working for me now.
