This is how you get in touch with Escalations, It's a VM box but They are good at calling you back. I suggest to anyone wanting to switch carriers call this number and leave a detailed message.

I tried both of these numbers.  The first number is to a porn/dating type service.  The second number prompts you to receive a text that offers a 411 type service for $9.99 a month.  *sigh*
