Youtube app. problem on Instint HD

:'(For awhile now when I access my youtube app. to play videos after a minute I get a alert saig channel not available ce back later. If it only did it once a week orone a month but be ok but it's with every video I try to watch. Spent two Hours with Sprint Techs two days ago but nothing they did worked. We even did a Hard Reset. Please can anyone help me. I've only had this phone since April 2010.
