I've got the new S30 and it won't play any of the videos I converted using a couple of different software encoders (handbrake for one) and still can't get my Instinct to play any videos.  So I wanted to find out which ones are working for the original Instinct to see if it's the S30 (seems others are having the same "Sorry, the channel is currently unavailable.  Please try again later.  Video error") or all Instincts.

You should search on converting videos - lots of information here.
I use FormatFactory to convert to mp4: free, very easy to use.

I've searched and tried the program suggested on a How to Guide here and got the same results as Handbrake, no worky...

imtoo mpeg encoder for files i have that i wanted converted to mp4
imtoo dvd rippper for ripping anything off a dvd

you just have to play around with the advanced settings. change resolution to 400x220 for full screen video.
