Other than web browser what annoys me about Instinct is low music and bluetooth volume. I had an iPhone and the same tracks played much louder on it.

Is anyone having the same issues? Any solution to this problem? I am using the same headphones as on the iPhone (my own headphones not once that come with iPhone) so not sure why such a difference.

+1

i have a Jawbone 2 and when i activate voice command from the headset, i can't hear the prompt unless i turn off all music, roll up the windows, or move to a quiet room.

is there any way we can listen to music through bluetooth? I know i used to be able to do this with my old plantronics headset and PPC6700.

I called samsung and was told my jabra bt620 was not compatible.  That's why the volume is low.  I'm gonna purchase 1 of the 2 samsung headset which the said would work.  Please guys/girls let us know what brand BT stereo headsets you're using that DO work so i don't end up buying a set that has the same issue.  I know alot have Moto stereo bt.  I'd like to know how the perform also.

Voice command prompt is tied to your ringer volume.. If your ringer is set low, so will voice command - they need to fix that

I have several bluetooth headsets that I have tried and really the only one that is a decent loudness is the Plantronics Discovery 655. I have a Jawbone 2, volume on that is low, I have a Motorola H680, volume on that is low and I have a BlueAnt X3 Micro, sound quality on that one is really bad and the volume is low.

I was wondering the same thing with the music volume.  It is way to low, does anyone know if they will be able to update this or make a change.  How about playing videos, how come you cant pause or rewinds videos on youtube, and is it me or is the video quality kind of bad.

I am having the SAME problem, the Motorola H700 does not work neither does the Plantronics Voyager 520 . Just wanted to add to the list of BT's that don't work with the Instinct.

Could someone possibly make a list of BT's that are compatible with the instinct.

Hopefully, Sprint will fix this with an update (Just a little Wishful thinking!!!)

Thank You Much!!!

Fox news is the most watch news channel? No wonder our country is in trouble. I hate Fox news and I'm glad Sprint is charging Fox news fans.

I use Plantronics 640E headset.  I tried other headsets, but I came to the conclusion the noise cancellation feature on the headsets causes problems with volume.  The 640 works the best for me.  The headset has been discontinued but I found some on ebay.
