Touch Screen Frozen

Hopefully somebody can help me out. After hanging up from a call the top info bar thing kept acting up and kept hiding and unhiding, after a couple of soft resets the info bar isn't acting up but now the touch screen and the home, back, and call buttons don't work. All of the buttons on the side work so I know the phone isn't just frozen. The phone is only a couple of weeks old.

Yup, happened to my phone, but I dropped it from 6 feet up. It was acting up like yours was then the touch screen just stopped working. It is the touch part that is broken and this is a problem that can't be resolved with hard or soft resets.

I took it to the sprint store, as I have a repair option in my contract. They ordered me a new one for free and it only took 3 days to get there. I'm afraid this is your only option.

yea the touch screen on my phone jus gave out on me. and the voice command function suckd cuz that was da only way i can make calls till i can get anotha phone. i had to keep turning my phone off and on when sumone called i culdnt clear the screen jus to call them bak and the voice command was inaccurrate.

i had the same problem and then some but just go to the sprint repair store and they will replace it i am working on phone number 2

I had the same problem the other day. I went to Sprint store where they do repairs and they put on a new screen on my phone in about 20 minutes or so. It shouldn't cost anything if you have the insurance on your phone.
