LOL no disrespect taken my friend, I'm just not going to do it...much as I would like, I am not that computer savy and I will just end up having, as you said a sleek brick...so I will stick to the tips and tricks that don't require magic numbers and seances. Im still learning I just learned through much research how to use ORB and Opera so I'm good for now, if Im feeling adventurous and got a few hundred to burn...I'll try it again....thanks for the response tho.

Dude, can you make due with a reset? Its your best bet to go through the whole process over again. if other versions of opera arent working, i cant give you any other advice. maybe try loading through usb first. i know how painful a hard reset can be, but i believe you may have done something wrong with qspt. Sorry if i dont make much sense, liquor is my friend. I would say play with other options tonight. try erasing all apps, redoing your original then doing the hack, then trying opera if it fails, then try another policy hack app, like glassplayer. if that doesnt work or if you cannot download any apps period, then hard reset, upgrade and start ground zero. but, matter fact, are you fully upgraded currently??

Instinct411, I have ruined aplenty tech devices by not thoroughly reading. I took heed for the instinct, modded it, and then it was stolen.. mightas well have bricked the damn thing..

Oh, btw I uninstalled Opera first before hacking. And yeah I'm totally up-to-date with the upgrades.

I don't mind resetting the phone. I'll mess with it a little tonight before I do that, though. I appreciate your help. Cookie for you... if I can figure out how, ha.

edit: on second thought try the policy hack being very thorough and then try to sideload through USB. You should not get 909 or 910 PERIOD if the hack is correct. Keep me updated. =)

Yeah I tried that.  There isn't anything under the permissions.  It just says "There is no item to change".

Wrong verion of opera mini or installed wrong. it should've asked for permission during the initial start up. if im ever by a pc im going to write  up a full guide.

I have noticed that apps no longer ask for any permissions once the policy hack is complete. So I would say you might still have the right version just not installed right? I also see that all my apps no longer allow me to access permissions it states there are non to be motified

Youre right on that, but doesnt opera have a initial install process that does permissions? my opera 4 and 3 asked if im not mistaken, even tho 3 was on my phone during 4 install.

Thats what I'm saying if you ALREADY did the POLICY hack you WONT be asked for any type of permissions even when first installing the apps. Can others confirm this for me please?

I just reinstalled Opera and same thing does not ask for the permissions and its greyed out
