Update and PRL problems

I'm still stuck on PRL 60612. I've tried updating through settings, and calling Customer Service to have them push. No luck. Customer Service was really nice, and tried helping every which way. I eventually did a reset (not a complete one, I don't think... it was through settings, deleted all my contacts and most things, but I kept my bookmarks in the browser...). But whenever I call Customer Service (*2), it says theres an update, and downloads and says the updates complete, but nothing happens. The customer service guy has no clue why it's doing that.

Any idea how to get to 60613 on PRL, or get the update complete from Customer Service? Should I do a ##RTN# reset? Take it in to the store? Any help is appreciated.

Also, as for the voice message that keeps on telling you to update, that is not a software update...it is mererly an update to keep sprint services running smooth on yur phone..nothing major...if u have completed the update the first time, and it keeps telling u to update again, simply call sprint and tell them to turn off the notification..because it is a little problem on their path ...the same thing happened to me.
