question about flashed instincts

ok just got my brand new instinct flashed at the metro pcs store to their service. reading up about it so far, i can only have unlimited calls and text. thanks to this forum i can do crack it for free WEB, which i just need the cable now, but my main question is what else can be cracked? i know that navi doesn't work, visual voicemail doesn't work. what someone plz breifly explain what works and won't work? and what can be done to make something work? thanks guys
