Right now the only thing working on my phone the right way is the phone part and text part. Email, news weather tv does not work.

The question I have is we know that it is properly the network but after a email from the Seven software people that stated that most people are NOT having problems. I thought I would start a thread that owners of the phone could post whether their phone is working. I also want to include people response whose phones are working to get a general idea where the problem is.

The purpose of this thread is not to complain or give solutions but to try to figure out how many people have working phones compared to non-working ones.

Well I think this will apply to everyones phone. Applications and services can be sketchy at times. I've had mine working perfect and then at times they get errors. From reading topics on here and on other boards, it seems to be a problem with everyones phone, not just yours.

Also take a gander at these threads.. it has a lot of the problems your describing.

I would suggest starting a poll of a simple "Does feature X work...yay or nay..."

I'v had spotty outages on some Apps but for the most part my Phone has been working great.

My one E-mail account gets pushed real Quick , the 2nd one every 15 min or so from thelooks of things, and my Hotmail is when it feels like it wants to or I refresh.

Yup I'm basically in the same boat as you. I think most people are too.

Here is another thread that has some more info for the OP.. the thread is almost the same as this one, except this one is basically having a roll call to get an idea whose is working and whose isn't.

My service is horrible on this phone.  I miss on average 5calls a day at my house.  I never had this issue before on my katana and katana 2.  Roommate has different samsung phone and never has issues.

Battery life is bad... probably because of the service issue.  I'll be lucky to make 4 short calls before the battery is at 40%.

Sprint has agreed to switch me out to a Touch Diamond when it comes out.

I'm having no email problems.  The two worst issues are the browser - the lockup issue and compatibility with more websites.  A huge third it the java input thing of course.
