Picture mail problem

I know this may be a little difficult to understand, but I will try anyways.  When I receive picture mail on my Samsung Instinct, there is usually a text under the picture that I read at the same time.  When I access the same picture mail later to show someone else,  the text under the picture is different.  It is actually text from a previously received picture mail or text message.  To find the text that is supposed to be with the original picture, I have to open a different picture mail.  Is anyone else having this problem?  This is my third (3rd) instinct in a year.
