The past 3 days my phone has been going to the "Connected to Computer" screen.  My phone will just be sitting there and then will show the screen and of course when its in the screen your phone is off so I have been missing calls and texts.  And when I go to access my pictures or anything that takes a second to load, the screen pops up again.  Its a constant battle.  I have connected to my computer and then disconnected it the proper way to see if that would fix the problem but nothing.  And sometimes when I put in a new battery, my phone powers up by itself and goes straight to that screen again.  I called sprint they said I would have to take it to a sprint dealer to get it looked at but the closest one is like 50+ miles away.  Does anyone have any ideas why it doing it before I make the trip?!  Thank you  Smiley

Oh that would be some BS right there. Crack it open and show me the litmus strip before you try to get off that easy.

based on what he is saying is going on in my previous experience the tech is going to point to the charging/usb connector on the phone and claim there is corrosion and or rust.....granted my phone was not saying it was connected to a computer it just had NO signal, basically was not communicating with the towers.....
