Anyone have problem updating News, Weather or Sports today (7/11)? I am keep getting "No Data" message. I've been trying all morning and at different locations. Can't get any updates. Undecided

I am from Minneapolis.  So, the whole day yesterday, I have been trying to access the Sports and Weather from my Instinct, but it has giving me an error....days 'NO DATA error' or something like that.  I am wondering if it's just me or Sprint is effin up.I don't think it's the phone itself.  Let me know your thoughts.     This is really frustrating.....if I don't get the services I am paying for, then wat the heck am I paying for?Huh???

I am having the exact same problem since yesterday  Embarrassed   it's so friggin frustrating....why the heck am I paying for all data service then?
Well, now at least I know that it's just not my phone....

I had the same issue here in NYC.  The Web/Navigation/Text all worked but the Weather and News did not.  It did start working again around 10a.

Give it a try again and see.....

There's another post (a few actually) above or below this one "No Data Error" where a few people have experienced variations of the same problem.  I was having this issue early this morning with Weather/News but it's all working now.

Give it another try and see

I'm in Chicago and have also been getting the no data message or the "Error 7000: Internal Server error" message all morning.  It actually started last night, but between midnight and 3:00 am it must have been working becuase that's when both the Weather and News show they last updated.  Very frustrating indeed.

Still not working for me.  And now, I see this other error that popped up: "HTTP ERROR 502: There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed".
C'mon Sprint, fix it!!!!!!

Same here. I give up for now ... the sun's shining outside so I'm just going to assume it's hot and only a chance of rain.  Smiley

I had the same problem very early in the day... I called Sprint and they said they were doing a nation wide Web update so some area will be out for a couple of hours. I had full access to web within 2 hrs. :Smiley

I was last able to update around 7:30 AM (eastern) this morning. Ever since then, every refresh has either stalled, returned an internal error or a "no data" error. Rebooting the phone and updating the data profile have not resolved the issue, which I am pretty sure is on Sprint's end.

*edit* sorry - didn't see Phatwheeler's thread/poll about this issue.

yea the same thing has been happening to me since about 10am (central) yesterday. no data everytime i check news, sports, weather...it started working again at about midnight last night but when i woke up it wasnt working again...sprint needs to fix this asap

I'm in Phila., PA and it hasn't been working since 7/10 in the AM either. Whatever this upgrade is, it knocked out the feature.
