When I try and access this I get the message uncaught exception exiting application. The screen has a red circle with a - in the center. It also says this when I tap to add on this page. It is under the web tab on the lower right. What would be causing this ? Is this a know issue or is it just me.

Thx

Okay, here's the deal, whenever I click on any "Halmark" tab on the "Web" menu, like weather, movies, sports, etc., I get a pop up that says "Updating..." and then a type of warning pop up appears that reads "Uncaught Exception, Exiting Application".

And, quite frankly, this is pissing me the f*ck off.

Even when I hit the "Add Tab" button on the "Web" menu, click the gears on the "Select Services" page, and then hit the "Check for Upgrade" button, the same s*** happens.
BTW, I've recieved my Instinct on Decemeber the 26th, if that helps anything in diagonosing my problem.
Any help is welcomed.

Thanks. Angry

FYI, it is handmark (I saw this post and thought you were talking about the greeting card store) secondly, as M.I.C. said this happens from time to time. Since handmark is a web/network based program suite when the network is being worked on or is heavy it tends to do that. The phone code is in Java which has "uncaught exceptions" whenever the network is not up to snuff.

Wait it out people, nothing is wrong with your phones. Unless of course something is wrong with your phone. Smiley
