I have read lots of angry instinct owners on this board. And i have read a good amount of pleased instinct owners also. But it seems to me IMO that most of the older instincts were a mess.I just got one close to i would say a month or so.And i don't have any problems with mine.It freezes every now and then. But thats with any phone now a days.I had a lg muziq phone before this one and it would also freeze every now and then.I would have to take the battery out and get it back on track. But what i really wanted to know is how many people with newer instincts are having problems with there phone vs How many of the owners that where among the first to get one (first batch) having problems.

June-mid August=Among the first purchaser
Mid August-present =Most recent purchaser

I had one of the first batches. Ordered it at midnight on the 22nd of the first month it was released. Other than its limitations, I have had no problems.

I voted "early w/out any problems", but should qualify my vote.

I got mine on June 26, and (knock wood, fingers crossed) have had two issues.  Before the browser update my browser crashed on the NY Times, Wired, etc. just like every other Instinct.  Last week my Instinct decided to erase the memory card of its own volition, w/no warning whatsoever.

So far those are the only things that have gone wrong w/my Instinct.  With all things being relative, I feel fortunate to have had only two issues since I bought the phone, and hope my luck holds!   Undecided

I am one of the "recent" owners.  I have very little problems with my phone.  The occasional freeze.  My Sprint TV is the worst problem I have with this phone as it is very pixelated even after the buffer change but I can deal with that.
