My movie button is not working

Every time I try and click the movie button under the web button an error sign comes up. Am I the only one getting that issue?

Go to the sprint website on your phones browser, at the top of the page is a yellow bar that says instinct download, click it and all should be fixed.

I found this fix just minutes ago after I did a search.

Thanks Phatchef I was looking so hard for something like that. I would give u a cookie but I have not figured out how to do it.

Hey everyone, I have a question! Under my movies, the "showing near me" button won't work. It says connecting but then it just stops about a 1/3 up the bar. When I press the theater button on My Theaters it works just fine. Any idea about what I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance.

The update fixed the movie tab not working perfectly. It did erase the previous "saved locations" but it fixed so yeah. All is well and I can get movie times again
