I searched around and apparently others are having issues with this as well.

My phone was working great until I swapped numbers with a different phone on my account and then, when I would click on MySpace or Photobucket, it wold ask for a password. I tried every password I could think of and nothing. So, I went into settings and did a settings reset, then a phone reset. No luck. And now, when I click Tap-to-Add to get MySpace or Photobucket back on my fun tab, asks for a password.

I've called sprint, they want me to go into a store for a reflash. I got my MSL and have tried changing my primary HA to all those listed here: http://www.instinct-samsung.com/how-to/error-ondemand-problems/msg35940/#msg35940 and still no luck. Anyone got any ideas?

I had planned to do that if I couldn't get any help here. Forgot to mention though that all other stuff is working properly. SprintTV, Radio, Web, OnDemand content, etc... works just fine. It's just the above mentioned things that are giving me trouble.

This is probably a stupid question, but what is a reflash?  Is it the same as a hard reset using the ##rtn# menu.

Reflashing is a way for techs to check the internal hardware for errors or issues...even reprogram the phone, at the same time, you don't lose contacts, or games or information already programmed.  It's still new, so even it's not perfect, but worth a shot.
Reflashing can fix the problem, depending on what the problem is. Ultimately, it's the last resolve before a phone replacement...

FIXED my problem. Went into General > Settings then did update data profile then update software and after the update, everything that was broken now works. Wish I had known about this before lol.

EASY FIX!!!!

We had this same issue and stumbled upon the answer while on the line with Sprint technical support. The password that they are asking for is your Sprint picture mail password. It sounds like you've been locked out of your Sprint Picture mail for some reason (we were too). Once you enter that password, all will be working again.

The FUN menu is linked to your Sprint Picture mail.

Hope this helps!!
