Media player error:unable to play. Play aborted

Hi, i have a samsung instinct and its on the metro pcs network, i have all my web and brower working fine, but when i go on youtube and play a video i get a message error "Media player error: Unable to play. Play aborted" so idk what to do... please help me out.. thanks!

I'm a Sprint customer, and mine also gives me this error from time to time.
I suggest you might do a "soft reset". Turn the phone off, then back on. Let me know.

if the phone was a sprint phone...i believe i have read in other posts that the you tube app is dependent on the stock media player and they don't speak well with other networks.....have you ever had a you tube video play on the instinct?...hope you get it working

We don't have a lot of "flashers"(heh-heh) on the forum. Type "metropcs" or "flashed" into a search and you'll see about everything the forum has to offer. Try howardforums.

well i have tried the reset and it didnt work at all it always does that, and also on the metropcs forum part it dosen't say anything.

I sometimes get that error with mine also. I'M with Sprint and have original Instinct. I just try to replay them two or three time and they usually play.
