I've had my instinct since its first launch and i've had my share of B.S. but now i'm listening to my music and for some reason everything stopped and all my music and camera pix were deleted. Not only that, my phone is no longer reading my SD card, is this common and what should i do about this?

First see if your pix and music show up on your computer if they do save them then reformat your memory card.

I have the same issue except the memory card isn't showing up on my computer either. But it does say my memory card is full when I tried adding the music back to it. I don't really wanna format my card, any ideas?

I have had this same thing happen to me three or four times.  I have web synced my music, and that helped me retreieve the files.

I am currently re-formatting and re-loading the card as I type this.

I have updated the software as often as it is available, but it still seems to be an issue for some reason.

Thank God for the Web Sync...that makes things so much easier....

What does the web sync do for your music?

Web Sync will back up all the phone-purchased songs, so if your card deletes those songs, you can web sync, and it will reload all the songs you have already purchased.

It even reloaded other MP3's/WMA's that I had loaded to the device.
